| Builder's Electric Corporation has been in business as an electrical contractor
since 1977. Five of those years were under a partnership. In January of
1982, we incorperated under the name of MPJ Cook, Inc. in the state of
Texas. In July of 1987 we changed our name to Builder's Electric Corporation.
Our officers are Paul K. Cook, President and Vice President Jack S. Cook,
Sec.-Treas..
Builder's Electric Corporation holds master
and contractor licenses in various cities throughtout the Metroplex. Our major
work covers the Metroplex with a few contract's outside the Dallas-Ft. Worth
Metroplex.
